When will my order be shipped?
All orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. After that, the shipping times listed above apply.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail. Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
Need help?
If you have not received a tracking update for your order for a while, this is generally due to an error on the part of the courier. Your order will still likely be delivered within the specified time frame.
